JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Playing a key role in the onboarding and offboarding of team members
- Processing new hires, leavers, employee status changes, and other employee events in internal systems
- Managing tasks related to occupational safety
- Communicating with external suppliers in the areas of HR responsibilities (local authorities, HR service providers)
- Administering and maintaining employee files and updating information about employees
- Compiling monthly reports, maintaining the organizational chart, and preparing data for group reporting
- Providing support to our employees, including information about benefits, attendance system, issuing employees certificates and confirmation.
- Overseeing payroll data and providing it to the external payroll company for further processing
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal relationship skills,
- Fluent English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
- Innovative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and drive continuous improvement in HR practices and processes
- Ability to work independently while being an effective team member
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
