HR GENERALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Playing a key role in the onboarding and offboarding of team members
  • Processing new hires, leavers, employee status changes, and other employee events in internal systems
  • Managing tasks related to occupational safety
  • Communicating with external suppliers in the areas of HR responsibilities (local authorities, HR service providers)
  • Administering and maintaining employee files and updating information about employees
  • Compiling monthly reports, maintaining the organizational chart, and preparing data for group reporting
  • Providing support to our employees, including information about benefits, attendance system, issuing employees certificates and confirmation.
  • Overseeing payroll data and providing it to the external payroll company for further processing
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal relationship skills,
  • Fluent English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas and drive continuous improvement in HR practices and processes
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective team member
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
