We process your data based on the following legal grounds:

  • Consent: Candidates give consent to the processing of their data for recruitment purposes.
  • Contract performance: Processing client data is necessary for fulfilling the contract.

If consent is not provided, we anonymize your data in the Recruitis system we use for management.

5. Recipients of Personal Data

Your data may be shared with the following recipients:

  • Clients: Personal data of candidates is shared with clients based on their consent.
  • Processors: External service providers, such as the operator of the Recruitis system or IT and hosting service providers.
  • Public authorities: If required by law (e.g., based on a court order).

Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area.

6. Data Retention Period

We retain personal data for only as long as necessary:

  • Candidates:
    • Without consent: 1 month, after which it is anonymized.
    • With consent: 1 year, unless consent is withdrawn earlier.
  • Clients: For the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently as required by law.

After this period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.

In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You can know what data we process about you.
  • Right to rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure: You can request deletion of data when it’s no longer needed for the purposes for which it was processed.
